AREE Building at the Etoile Saint-Honoré business center

The launch of “energy monitoring” project with AREE Building at a very prestigious Parisian building ETOILE SAINT HONORE

The Etoile Saint-Honoré business center is ideally located between Place de l’Etoile and Parc Monceau. It is a stone’s throw from the Champs Elysées and located in the center of a historic and prestigious district of the Parisian capital.

Consisting of three eight-storey buildings linked together by an interior street; they are spread over 26,000 m², there are spaces for work, relaxation, catering and multiple activities.

This project is carried out by the integrator ATEMIA for SAVILLS (SAVILLS is one of the world’s leading real estate consulting companies).
AREE building is installed in addition to the BMS PANORAMA, BACnet protocol.

140 energy meters will be collected, monitored and logged to optimize the comfort/performance balance and to meet the requirements of the tertiary decree.

Objectives: Monitoring, understanding, and acting to control the consumption of all energies and reduce the carbon footprint of the building.

ATEMIA is a GTB / GTC solution integrator, with considerable expertise in Automation, Regulation, Supervision and Energy Efficiency. It is a member of LonMark France and BACnet France. Located in Paris, ATEMIA offers services in the fields of technical building management, regulation and energy monitoring.

This new project finances the planting of three additional trees. INNEASOFT is a member of the CŒUR DE FORET association.
