AREE BUILDING and the medical center LA Teppe

6-08-18 | ENERGETIC EFFICIENCY

The choice of software with an “open mind”:

Five years ago, Jean-François Mercier was looking for a high-performance solution that continuously monitors the evolution of consumption in order to check the efficiency of his energy plan: “I looked for the right tool, on the internet, and I found the solution with AREE Building, the energy consumption monitoring and accounting software from the French publisher Inneasoft. Its function is to collect and centralize consumption data coming directly from automatons, meters or sensors of various origins because it is multi-protocol. It allows the calculation of energy performance indicators and carbon footprints. Its technical positioning, which adapts not only to the existing but also to developments, is clever and its quality/price ratio satisfactory”.

With the AREE Building web interface, data relating to a site’s consumption can be viewed from a browser. “You can predict your consumption and anticipate peaks by calculating the impact of climatic conditions on your site’s energy consumption”. Its integration is easy in various and often heterogeneous architectures: which is also case with the facilities of the La Teppe medical center, the construction of which began more than 160 years ago.

How AREE Building contributes to improving the energy performance of the La Teppe medical center.
