ALARMS - Consumption Threshold Exceeded Detected

🔔 Monitor your consumption: get instant alerts in case of a threshold exceedance!

The AREE energy efficiency software features a powerful alarm notification system that alerts users in real time whenever a threshold is exceeded. 📈

🔹 Simplified configuration:
Set your critical thresholds directly from the Configuration > Alarms menu.

🔹 Notifications and integration:
👉 As soon as an alarm is triggered, the system can automatically send an email or SMS to immediately notify the relevant teams.
But alarms can also be exposed via OPC, MQTT, or BACnet, allowing them to be integrated into third-party tools such as a BMS, supervisory system, or centralized alarming tool.

🔹 Clear visualization:
View active alarms and easily acknowledge them through the context menu.

🔹 Detailed tracking:
The event log provides a precise history of alarms and associated notification actions.

✅ Why is this feature essential?
In an energy performance approach, being instantly alerted to anomalies allows for quick reactions and helps prevent energy waste.
Moreover, for companies certified or working toward ISO 50001 certification, such an alarm system facilitates continuous monitoring and ongoing improvement of energy performance, in line with the standard’s requirements.

🌐 AREE is much more than a metering software!
Multi-protocol by design, AREE unifies all your energy data, regardless of the environment or supplier.
Compatible with most BMS/BAS systems, it collects and analyzes your consumption to help you monitor all your energy sources.
Thus, threshold exceedances are detected and reported without delay!
