The current COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact our daily lives. This unprecedented situation compels us to take protective measures for our employees, partners, customers. Therefore we are involved in the collective efforts while doing our best to guarantee the maintenance of our services.

The INNEASOFT team is organized to support its partners and customers in their projects and operational activities. From now on our team will continue to follow you in Teleworking. You can reach us via mobile, support number, email, etc.

A business continuity plan has been decided and arrangements have been made in order to:

 – Maintain the switchboard, technical support for all our customers, giving priority to holders of a maintenance contract. As for now we ask you to send us your requests via (support@inneasoft.com)

 – Maintain the processing of orders and shipments, as soon as possible according to external constraints. Only digital shipments (updates, extensions, exchange of software keys, maintenance) will be guaranteed. For new licenses, shipments of “Dongles” will be limited to urgent cases subject to the possibility of destination routing to ensure that the the package is delivered.

– If necessary, we will postpone face-to-face business meetings, (WebMeeting meetings can be scheduled) technical services, assistance and/or training on site, in order to ensure the health and safety of our customers.

The entire INNEASOFT team remains at your disposal in order to best advance current projects and future ones. We are aware of the importance of our software in the management of your operations and we make every effort to guarantee the continuity of all our services.

Our organization will adapt to changes in the situation as well as to the directives governmental.
