Harnessing energy data from diverse environments

Leverage your energy data from heterogeneous environments

When it comes to energy management, data sources should not be treated as competing with one another.

Utility data provides a reliable overall view: delivered consumption, load curves, gas quality coefficients, billing, metering points, and multi-utility monitoring.

Submetering and field sensors make it possible to go further: understand usage, identify deviations, pinpoint the equipment involved, and analyze consumption at the right level of detail.

When available, BMS/BAS systems also provide essential data from supervision tools, controllers, historical records, and databases.

The long-term challenge is to retain data history over several years in order to track changes, detect deviations, and measure progress.

The strength of AREE Building: transforming a heterogeneous architecture combining submetering, utility data, and BMS/BAS systems into a single energy management platform capable of collecting, archiving, consolidating, analyzing, and making full use of all relevant data.

Whether for a single site or multiple sites, the goal remains the same:

measure better, understand better, optimize better, and operate more efficiently.

Because reliable energy management relies on two complementary levels:

the overall view to detect issues,
detailed usage data to explain them and take action.

Overall visibility + detailed usage data = more effective and reliable energy management.
