Does the license have a validity period?

The license has no validity period. We provide you with a lifetime license which is purchased once (no annual or monthly subscription).

Is the license associated with a PC?

Yes. The permanent license is directly linked to the PC on which the software is installed.

During the installation of the software, an environment code is generated taking into account the components of your PC.
If this PC is connected to the Internet, a software key will be sent automatically to this PC.
If this PC is not connected to the Internet, you can download this key from the My Account > License Management page.

This software key will only be valid on this PC.

After the order has been validated, can I immediately use the software?

Yes. Once the order has been validated, a temporary license will be automatically generated which will allow you to use the software immediately.

Is it possible to use my license on another PC?

If you change your PC, you will have to modify the environment code present on the My account > License management page.

Is there a feature restriction on the professional 10-day trial version?

No, there are no restrictions.

What are the conditions for sending the dongle?

The dongle is sent by postal mail nationally and/or internationally. You will be able to follow the sending of the dongle via the tracking number provided on the My account / license management page.

Within how many days will I receive the dongle after my payment?

The lead time is 5 to 10 working days. Once the order has been validated, a temporary license will be automatically generated which will allow you to use the software immediately while waiting to receive the dongle.

Do you send a CD with the dongle?

No.
The latest version of the software can be downloaded from the product page.

What happens if I lose or break the dongle?

If you lose or destroy the dongle, we will ask you to send us an "official request" for a replacement dongle with an explanation of the reason for the replacement. We will make you a replacement offer at the price of the Dongle plus postage.
