Located in the heart of the Lyon Gerland Biodistrict, Urban Garden is a tertiary campus of 28,000 m² divided into 3 buildings.
The “EQUANS Digital” integrator from Bron installed AREE Building software for buildings energy monitoring. AREE building is installed in addition to the BMS Distech Controls EC-Net (BACnet protocol) to meet the needs of a BREEAM Excellent certified building.
Since September 2021, the site has been hosting the Regional Management of Engie and EQUANS on an area of 22,000 m² as well as the Viatris teams which occupy 6,000 m². About 2,200 people.
ENGIE and EQUANS have brought together part of their workforce in Lyon within the Urban Garden project. This campus is a meeting place and (or that) provides various services for its users such as coworking, catering, concierge service and etc.
This AREE project funded the planting of three additional trees, INNEASOFT is a member of the CŒUR DE FORET association.
