Hi,
I've just installed BACnet explorer on a new windows 11 machine.
Looking in the event log, the install completed successfully:
Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: InneaBACnetExplorerFree. Product Version: 1.5.46.0. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Inneasoft. Installation success or error status: 0.
However, when I try to run, I get these errors in the windows application log:
Application: InneaBACnetExplorer.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.
Exception Info: System.io.filenotfoundexception

Hello,
Try to install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable ( https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x86.exe).

Sebastien
